Julia De Rúa Rodriguez born in Bejar, Salamanca, from where she moved in her adolesence and plentiful youth to the Medeterranean, to be exact , to the city of Valencia.
Since 1986 has been running the ILC, an academy of great prestige , and in March 2005 founded the Araña editorial.
Self-taught …………guided into the valley of poetry, literature and painting.
Selected in 1996 for the Circle of Fine Arts of Valencia.
Belonging to the generation of Alba and Camino. As an outstanding member took part in various anthologies, amongst them ‘Alba Cubana’ published together with the poetry of UNEAC ( National Union of Cuban writers and artists)

Her first book of poetry ‘Dragoste’ published in 1998.
In the year 2000 her second book of poetic prose published ‘Los Finales y los sueños’.

Currently she is preparing two books of poetry and a novel which will be released in 2009.

Committed and deeply-rooted, she is the creator of acts in which the poetry, the painting and the music are joined together (united). Universities and centres of all types are delighted in her avant-garde and her fight for individiual liberties.
